Egold is in bed with some of the scam sites stealing money on conversion and redemption
I lost 1000 USD on my first transaction with them. They will not even take my calls and never reval who works there or any other information. RUN dont walk away from these scammers
At this point I am pretty sure your company is a scam. No human will talk to me and you leave no names or method of contact.
This Goldxcash site has an interface wroking with your site for authentication. and ther is plenty complaints about them directly to your company, but you say you do not know about them.
